How Commissioning me Works
IMPORTANT
The biggest, most important thing I want you to know upon commissioning me, is that commissions are not my first priority of work, I sell my art at conventions and run my art store online full time. And I am a substitute teacher part time. So my turn around time is rather slow. The average ETA of a commission can take me 1-6 months, it really depends how busy my convention seasons are. If you are an impatient individual, or it's a time sensitive inquiry, I advise you not to commission me, or to talk to me about possible deadlines.No refund can be aquiried due to dissatisfaction of time taking to complete said commission if no deadlines were established beforehand.
❌I do NOT consent or approve for my commissioned art to be used as an NFT.❌❌I do not consent for my commissioned art work to be used in training any AI algorithm❌🌱Upon commissioning me, you must pay upfront before I can start
any of the commission process.🌱Refunds cannot be requested unless I have not sent any updates within the first 30 days after purchase of your commission.🌱Works in progress can not be sent until payment is sent through🌱For large changes, It can only be done in the sketch pass🌱Once I have your approval for the sketch, large changes can NOT be done on any of the further stages of production. only very minimal tweaks can be done at this point unless the customer is willing to pay extra for my time.🌱Harassment or being rude during the commissioning process can void you of your commission or commission refund.🌱Once receiving said commission that is completed, a refund cannot be given.🌱Customers are more than welcomed to ask for updates, with that being said; I ask you to refrain from spamming for constant updates, usually when I have an update, I will reach out to the customer!🌱Clear references for characters are required, customers with blurry, or undistinguishable reference examples might be turned down.
